All of us here at Norwalk Auto Auction appreciate your patronage as we continually strive to provide you with outstanding service. We frequently update our policies and procedures to better serve you and insure the fair and equal treatment of all our customers.

Please take the time to review the latest revisions of our NAA Policies. If you have any questions or if we may help clarify any of these guidelines, please contact auction management.

In our effort to maintain a safe environment for both you and our employees, we ask that you observe all speed limits, painted lanes and posted safety rules.

• As-Is vehicles selling for $2,500 and under are As-Is, No Arbitration including Frame Damage, Airbags deployed or not functioning, Odometers not functioning.
• Vehicles with Air bags deployed are As-Is including Frame Damage unannounced.  An announcement of Air Bags Deployed assumes frame damage is present.
• An Announcement of Frame Damage or Possible Frame Damage  assumes the Air Bags were or are deployed or replaced
