2019 Norwalk Auto Auction Policies

In order to be in the auction arena you MUST be a licensed automobile dealer. We cannot take your bid unless you have a bidder badge visible. Please make sure it is visible at all times while in the arena.

All vehicles purchased must be paid in full by close of business day of sale and picked up by close of business Friday. Vehicles left here after Friday will be assessed a $25 per day storage fee. Transportation and floorplan assistance are available in the main office.

All arbitrations on vehicles purchased “Green Light” must be filed by 5pm day of sale. We encourage you to purchase a 3,5 or 7 day post sale inspection to extend this time frame. We are proud members of the National Auto Auction Association and follow their arbitration guidelines. Please see link for details.

There is NO arbitration available for vehicles purchased under $700.
All offers are binding until 5pm day after sale. We will do everything possible to get them resolved within 2hrs of your offer.
